A weekend isn't complete without some baking. Yes I should probably not be eating cake and biscuits but these were just too cute to resist.
I got this recipe from a book by the the Hummingbird Bakery - https://hummingbirdbakery.com. I love their cake recipes. Isn't this what half term is for? Wasting my time doing things like this instead of marking the big pile of books I have waiting for me....at least I have a big pile of biscuits to help me through it now! Result!
Mat has taken the lemon loaf to work, so that is one thing that is no longer here to tempt me. Biscuits it is then.
